File Upload
The file upload control consists of several controls, but requires only one setting; the location of the upload folder in which to put the files. This is controlled by the location of the form within the portal, and can be set to a sub folder under your portal directory.
Note: The upload location is relative to where the form will be installed, so when creating your form be sure you know where it will be installed so as not to disrupt or misplace the files that are uploaded using this control
Data Grid
The datagrid control is a feature to display groups of information in a list, where each row represents a datarow in the result set. The values can be defined by other fields on the form, and saved using a button control that is set to “Save Fields into Database”. This allows a data entry person to enter in many rows of data, and group this data based on which form it was entered into.

The image control is not implemented.
